Barbara Bailey

Singer/Entertainer/Storyteller, Barb Bailey’s Executive Producer is Barry Edwards, formerly of Chicago’s CBS News and Dick Clark’s American Bandstand. Among her many awards, her most recent one, last year, was an Honorary Doctorate of Philosophy in Humanities. Barb has come a long way from being a baby found in a cardboard box in Wheeling, West Virginia. Barb says, “I could have been left in a dumpster or drowned in the Ohio River – and the way I pay it forward is through my Music.” Barb's shows are comprised of songs from The Great American Songbook. With original arrangements of cover tunes by hitmakers like Judy Garland, Peggy Lee, Frank Sinatra and Barry Manilow. Barb is a storyteller. Her shows are filled with humor, life and love. She has written 15 different shows that she performs across the country at venues like “Don’t Tell Mama” in New York City, “Vibrato Jazz,” owned by Herb Alpert in Los Angeles and the iconic “Jazz Showcase” in Chicago, to name a few.
